This Summer We Will See Acura MDX 3rd Generation

The cars already developed at the car companies never stop at one model, except if we are talking about concepts and limited editions. Most often the cars that appear to be most demanded continue their root in the terms of the future generations, which are the improved versions of the cars of the previous type. The same is at the Acura company. Third generation of MDX will go on sale this summer. Hopefully, in 2014, the new crossover will be available almost everywhere and many markets will be open for it.

At the Detroit Auto Show fans and future drivers could officially see the light of a prototype of the third generation of crossover of a premium class, Acura MDX 2014. The car is presented as a model for the 2014 model year, but the start of its sales is planned for the summer of already this year.

As we expected, the style of the prototype showed an example of the concept of «Aero Sculpture». Freshman will be easily recognized by the new LED headlamps, borrowed from the new flagship sedan Acura RLX. Peering in profile and from the stern, you can see that the image of the crossover was also significantly freshened. Body of the car itself promises to make more aerodynamic and noise insulation in the cabin were improved.
