Model line of Acura, consisting now of sedans and crossovers, will soon join the full-size minivan. In the premium division of Honda concern they hope that they will win over customers of the Mercedes-Benz V-Class.

How will look like the novelty of the Acura is still unknown – the test prototype shown in the spy photos is wrapped in tight camouflage. However, according to some sources, a minivan will get the whole set of design solutions included in the original style of the brand.
Platform for the same van is borrowed from the popular model Honda Odyssey, but the premium version will be slightly wider and will receive sliding doors on both sides of the body.

Seven-seat minivan can replenish Acura model line already in 2016. Interestingly, the European manufacturers adhere to reverse course, transforming existing minivans in crossovers. Along this route went, for example, Renault with the model Espace. In addition, similar plans are being hatched from its Opel Zafira Tourer.
