New Acura NSX supercar received on lightweight body

Acura Company issued new technical details about the hybrid supercar NSX next generation. Thus, it became known that to cool the power plant of the car will be used ten radiators, including three for the internal combustion engine and two for transmission.
Acura supercar is built around a space frame made of aluminum, steel and ultra-high carbon. At the same time the metal elements of the chassis are made of a new casting technology, which according to the manufacturer, is used in the automotive industry for the first time.

This technology is a form of the casting made of sand and a water-soluble binding agent. It poured aluminum and special water jets wash away from rapidly cooling the alloy, giving it elasticity and at the same time high strength.

Such parts are used in the nodal points of crumple zones, which can be welded aluminum energy-absorbing elements. In Acura Company manufacturers argue that these elements can be easily replaced in the event of an accident.
